Churchill Fellowship
In 2024, Faye visited Botswana and South Africa to explore community engagement practices reducing transmission of HIV and other blood-borne viruses. She then returned to Scotland to contextualise her research into practice through her role as Trustee of Waverley Care, Scotland’s largest sexual health charity.

The African and Caribbean Elders (ACE) study aims to understand the support needs of African and African-Caribbean people living with dementia and their care partners and families. We hope to identify inclusive strategies to facilitate timely and culturally appropriate social care support.

Coalface to Wildspace: Scotland
Coalface to Wildspace: Ayrshire, South Lanarkshire & Lothians aims to engage with communities across the region to help create and restore ponds and surrounding land habitats. The project also aims to create Neighbourhood Wildlife Corridors and undertake a vast public engagement programme of activities and events.
